Starting

Diet plan:

Let's start with some stats:

Height: 5"3
HW: 60 kg which is 130 lbs
LW: 50 kg which is 110 lbs
CW: 59 kg which is 129.8

I want to get to 100 lbs which is 45 kg by May. I am thinking about a good diet plan but I will definitely workout 5 times a week for about an hour everyday. I just can't wait for tomorrow to start everything. I think for now that's how I will start:

Week 1-3, starting at 129 and only eating 1200 calories. I will burn a minimum of 200 calories per session of training and on 27/01/10 my weight should be 124 pounds. Bring it on!!:D

Wow that is insane!! We have the same HW, LW, CW and height!!! My goal at the moment is to get back down to 50kg, but ultimately I think I'd like to be under 50. I'm trying to stick to 1000-1200 cal per day & I'm exercising 5-6 days per week :)

I look forward to reading all of your updates, it's so motivating to have someone with the same stats as me! Stay strong lovely, we can do this xx
